Irving Farm New York

Welcome to Irving Farm New York, a charming oasis nestled in the heart of the Upper West Side at 224 W 79th St. This beloved coffee shop is not just a place to grab your morning caffeine fix; it’s a community hub where locals gather to savor exceptional coffee and hearty dishes in a cozy ambiance.

At Irving Farm, the menu boasts a delightful array of offerings that cater to various tastes. For breakfast enthusiasts, the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich is a crowd favorite. It features Applewood smoked bacon, fluffy scrambled cage-free eggs, a blend of pepper jack and cheddar cheeses, diced potatoes, sweet caramelized onions, and fresh cilantro—all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla for just $12.00. If you lean towards healthier options, the Overnight Oats—made with rolled oats, chia seeds, and organic oat milk, and topped with fresh blueberries—provides a balanced choice to kickstart your day.

No visit to Irving Farm would be complete without indulging in their renowned coffee selections. From the Iced Red Eye to the smooth Cold Brew, each drink is crafted with care. As one customer, Juliana Abud, beautifully puts it, the coffee is "delicious," and the welcoming staff enhances the experience. Coffee aficionados will especially appreciate the rich and velvety Cortado, highly recommended by fellow coffee enthusiast Komal Ganoo as the best on the Upper West Side.

For those who enjoy lighter beverages, Irving Farm offers an interesting range of teas and bottled drinks, including the Heirloom Carrot and Passion Fruit Kombucha. It's a refreshing alternative that complements their food offerings well. However, notable mention goes to the delightful Cinnamon Cardamom Bun, as described by Beth Cato, which pairs excellently with their hot peppermint tea.

The ambiance at Irving Farm is another highlight. With ample seating that invites you to either catch up with friends or dive into your favorite novel, it’s an ideal spot to unwind or work seamlessly. Plus, the cozy nook with a skylight adds an extra touch of warmth and brightness to the setting, making it an attractive choice for both leisure and productivity, as noted by customer Connie Kwok.

In summary, Irving Farm New York is more than just a coffee shop; it’s a cornerstone of the local community. The combination of superb coffee, delectable food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination. Whether you’re in for your daily caffeine fix or a leisurely brunch, you’ll leave satisfied and eager to return.

Coffee in the US is so different from what I usually have in Brazil, I’m just very grateful to finally taste a coffee that I not only enjoy but actually think it’s delicious! Great coffee and very nice staff!

Nice place, friendly staff, good food. I appreciate that they have a vegan option. Be aware that the photos here of the menu may not be current. There is enough space for a stroller.

Best herbal/hibiscus tea in Manhattan. Sweeten it accordingly with the classic/house syrup on the self-serve stand. I don’t know why they don’t have WiFi though, makes no sense.
